The Hidden Eye

Sometimes, one has to be really creative to take a photograph out of something that looks ordinary. I took this photo with the focus of the leaf from the palm tree over the cloud to make it look like an eye. I think it came out pretty cool!

Though this is not fully in my control, the shades of the clouds create contrast. It just so happened that the cloud that acts as a pupil was the only white one, making it stand out. The Rule of Thirds is applied here, as the "eye" is to the side and up, instead of in the center.
